SO, how does it all work with Chairlift.eu?
First, get an online quote right here on the homepage of this site. If you're happy with the price, you then just fill in a few contact details and your flight information and click through to send us a request. We then receive all your information and email you promptly regarding availability.
If you do decide to book, we request a EUR100 deposit payment per vehicle, per leg for your trip, payable by credit card, either over the telephone or by email. You can also pay in cash or by Euro cheque or direct bank transfer/Transferwise.
We send a confirmation email 2-3 days prior to your travel day to inform you of the last minute details such as your driver contact number, weather conditions, airport-specific information etc.
We will be in Arrivals at the airport to meet you, with a Chairlift welcome board, showing the lead group name. We then guide you to our vehicles, load your skis and luggage and head off to resort.
Return pickup times are arranged, usually during your stay and the return procedure is as simple as it is on arrival. During the busy winter transfer weekends, your pickup time may need to be quite early to allow us to avoid the worst of the traffic. We drop you as close to your check-in gate as possible.
It is worth noting that the busiest weekends of the season (at Christmas, New Year, February holidays and also Easter) do involve a significant increase in the volume of traffic, particularly in the valleys leading to the larger resorts. We will always then allow more time to guarantee that you arrive safely in time for your return flight.
