How we work:
First, check our Prices page for a guide to our rates, then email or call us for availability.
Next, you need to provide us with relevant information about the logistics of your trip such as flight times & numbers, number of passengers, requirements for child seats & boosters, as well as information regarding your destination resort plus accommodation details. We also then take a mobile telephone number for at least one member of your group.
We then request a EUR100 deposit payment per vehicle, per leg for your trip by credit card, either over the telephone or by email. You can also pay in cash or by Euro cheque or direct bank transfer.
We will then contact you again by email just prior to travelling to confirm last minute details, driver contact number, weather conditions etc.
We will be in Arrivals at the airport to meet you, with a Chairlift welcome board, showing the lead group name. We then guide you to our vehicles and head off to resort.
Return pickup times are arranged and the return procedure is as simple as Arrival. During winter, your pickup time may need to be early to allow us to avoid the worst weekend traffic. We drop you as close to your check-in gate as possible.
It is worth noting that the busiest weekends of the season (at Christmas, New Year, February holidays and also Easter) do involve a significant increase in the volume of traffic, particularly in the valleys leading to the larger resorts. We will always allow more time to guarantee that you arrive safely in time for your return flight.
